Two flowers on thin, simple stems stand next to each other like a couple in quiet conversation — the larger one blooms in a circle of cobalt and lime green, the smaller one remains a compact, dark blue disc. Around them spread light, pale green leaves, painted with single, confident brush strokes on clean white paper. The pigment spread at the center of the flower into concentric rings, and small dots of blue outline its edge like lace.
The fresh, spring palette and the very sparing composition make the piece fit perfectly into a bedroom, a bright hallway, or a Scandinavian-style interior.
