This golden shimmering garden grows in the world of my imagination. From the bottom of the canvas I lead out slender columns built of spheres threaded onto one another, like rows of intricate garden totems — their cool, lilac blue bubbles break the warm, golden reflections, and the highest finials are lit by a juicy yellow.
Only I do not know whether its creator is a subtle gardener or perhaps a futurist engineer designing underwater cities. The upper part of the background sinks for me in glowing gold, while the lower blurs into a misty, silvery white, and the whole composition is rhythmic, elegant and slightly surreal, with a palpable sense of harmony.
This is a large, decorative painting that will bring a stately, luminous accent into a spacious living room or a representative interior.
